Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Avighna Education Academy, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all physical and digital learning materials associated with our courses and programs.

1. Delivery of Digital Products

Most of our services and study materials are delivered digitally through:

  • Online classroom platforms
  • Email communication
  • Mobile apps (if applicable)
  • WhatsApp or other official communication channels

Timeframe:

  • Access to online classes is granted immediately upon enrollment and verification of payment.
  • Digital study material is usually delivered within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • Recorded lectures and assignments are made available as per the course schedule.

2. Delivery of Physical Study Materials (If Applicable)

If your enrolled course includes physical materials (e.g., printed notes, books, or merchandise), they will be shipped to your provided address.

Shipping Time:

  • Dispatch within 3–5 business days after order/payment confirmation.
  • Delivery within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping may be offered for select programs or during promotional periods.
  • Standard shipping charges apply based on your pin code and courier service availability.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email. You can track your shipment status via the courier’s website or link provided.

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with reputed national courier services to ensure safe and prompt delivery. Some of our delivery partners include:

  • DTDC
  • Blue Dart
  • Delhivery

5. International Shipping

At present, Avighna Education Academy does not offer international shipping for physical goods. However, digital products are accessible globally.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

In case of delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or logistics issues, we will inform you promptly.

If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address or absence of recipient:

  • It may be returned to us.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
